As a seller we understand your primary goal is the speedy liquidation of your inventory to a well qualified buyer. As your seller representative WAS Group will protect you from fraudulent buyers by performing an extraordinary amount of due dilligence. We require all buyers to have direct communication with us and will not communicate through "daisy chains". Our protocol is that the buyer provide a hard proof of funds and LOI with full disclosure before they speak with you. You will only speak with a buyer that has been proofed up through us. As any buyer, your time is vaulable to us and we vigorously protect that time. As your representative, WAS Group maintains a vast network of mid-level buyers and will on most occassions bring you a higher asking price for your portfolio than you expect.
